Repeated administrations, influence of the dose
Repeated administrations by oral route of the same drug (whose T1/2 = 8 hours), at 2 different doses, 1 and 0.5, at 8 hour interval (3 times daily).
The height of mean plasma concentration, peaks and troughs are proportional to the dose administered.
