Glucosamine, chondroitin, confirmation of their inefficiency

A meta-analysis, published in the BMJ September 16, 2010, made from 10 trials, confirms the inefficiency of glucosamine and chondroïtin in the treatment of osteoarthritis of hip and knee: compared to placebo, they do not attenuate the pain and do not prevent the narrowing of joint space.
