Antineoplastic agents

The antineoplastic agents damaging DNA can be divided into three groups:

Anti-cancer chemotherapy is based on the association of two, three or four drugs, recommended according to the results of therapeutic trials. There does not exist yet of true theoretical step to justify these choices, but the combination of agents having different targets appears desirable.
