A drug whose plasma T1/2 is 24h, is prescribed orally  at the dose of 100mg once daily in the morning . At the end of 10 days of treatment, the clinical results and the plasma concentration of the drug are insufficient. The dose is doubled, 200mg daily, 100mg the morning and 100mg the evening. Following this change in treatment:
