General characteristics of the effects of drugs

The beneficial and adverse effects of a molecule are related to its presence in the body or its contact with the body as for the preparations used in dermatology. The fact that certain effects appear during the decrease of the concentration of the active molecule in the body does not constitute an exception to the preceding rule, but results from a reaction of the body to the molecule.
